FACEBOOK APP DESIGN (CODE)

I need someone to write some code for my Facebook page. Using Facebook "Static HTML" program (this just uses HTML). This may seem like a lot of complicated work but its really actually quite simple. I just want to be as specific as possible. What we need is code that will allow a few things: **** See the attachment for the layout!!!***** - A permanent background picture that we will provide. - A box at the top stretching the entire width of the tab. Similar to the timeline cover photo. We will need to insert pictures in this box on a regular basis. - Underneath this box we want another box stretching about 3 quarters of the way across the page where we can add text. - Next to this box stretching for the rest of the page we need another box where we can put more text - Underneath all of this we need to be able to put youtube videos and a link **** See the attachment for the layout!!!***** Thats all! Again this might seem complicated but see the attached picture that lays it all out and you'll see that this is really quite straight forward. We will need to see the finished product before I accept to buy so make a facebook page (or use your own) install the Static HTML app and put your finished code into it so that I can visit it and see how it looks.
