462395 WYSIWYG PHP Script

I am looking for someone who can build a php script to work with a mysql database. I am looking for a php script that will have a admin panel that allows me to create pages with a WYSIWYG sytem that allows me to add pictures, other files, formating (tables bold color font etc..) to pages. It will have a 2 other fields along with it.. One is the title tag field and a page title field. The admin panel will let me add, edit and remove pages. If I want to edit or delete a page it would allow me to select a page with a drop down where I would select a page title. The pages will need to be able to have unique urls so that we can link to them on various pages. The images added to the wysiwyg must compress automatically. The page must be in the main directory.. For example [login to view URL] The admin panel doesn't meed to be password protected as I will just do that on the server. But the admin should be located a seperate folder. Lets do it like this: [login to view URL] I want to work with someone who uses msn messenger so that we can communicate. No design will be nessesary but I would like a config file to determine the max width that the template is allowed to be. Please add a [login to view URL] and a [login to view URL] file to the page so that I can add a design later. Any questions please let me know.
