Design and Build a Web Page with a forum

Hello I require a webpage to be built for a home in Orlando that I rent out, it will need to have an online calendar that will show availability, and also an online enquiry form. I have some pictures of the house, and a very old site that I created myself (which is awful) but should give you some ideas on what I want. I need this to look very professional, I also would like it to be easy to update should I need to add other houses. Design and layout is totally up to the designer, although I would like it to be nice and bright!!! I already have a domain name registered and a web host!!! Another small task I have some webspace and another domain registered, I have no site up and would like a forum set up, again i would like it to be easy to update (colours, logos, etc). I do not mind if you use PHPs own default forums I just dont know how to get it up and running. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform web based
