SUN solaris basic onsite support

I have 2 sun machines for which i would need some onsite support in Delhi. Both of them are brand new machines and i am facing problem during 1st time startup. I have offsite support from SUN for one of the machines (X2199 server) but what they want me to do to fix the issue is beyond my technical expertise. 1.) Sun Solaris X2100 server - I want this machine setup to ping the local network. The network card is already on the machine and local loop back is pinging correctly. i.e . when i ping [login to view URL] , i am getting a response from the lan card. However, when i try to ping any other machine on my network, I cannot. I am assuming that the machine will require either some network configuration settings or a driver re-install for the network card. 2.) Sun ULTRA 20 workstation - When I switch on the sun workstation, the power comes on but i don't see anything on the screen. I have never used the machine before and this is a first time powered on. I have tried to attach different monitors but am getting the same result, i.e. no screen output. I am assuming that in this a serial cable will be needed for outputting to the correct terminal. So , a loging using a hyperterminal will be required.....though I am not sure. ## Platform Sun Solaris
