i need iframe fanpage creator software with four templates

I need an iframe "fill in the blanks" code generator to make very professional like/fanpages. I want to be able to put the template builder on a new site/course that I am building so my clients can use the software to build there own professional fan/like pages easily from a selection of ready made changeable templates. The templates will need to be attached to the software so my clients can choose which desighn they would like, and then change it to there marketing and design needs. The pages that are created need to be CLEAN and SIMPLE in design but HIGH END TOP QUALITY. 1***The sofware created has to have a changeable header/banner image section... 2***Also an option to use the default image on the ready made templates... 3***Also a display your own STEP ONE image 4***A wizywig style editor for text, text formating, links and / or to insert another image 5***another editor the same as***4 for any sub text 6***also a display default STEP TWO image clickable option/choice. 7***a changeable video section that supports many video types including youtube. This for additional info the client may want to enter onto ther page. ***9Another wizywig style editor for text, text formating, links and / or to insert another image/for sub additional info the client may want to enter. ***10section to enter optin form embed code. Has to handle all different autoresponder companies, aweber, getresponse and all other major companies. ***11an option to be able to Hide the page content from fans until they like the page. So clients can have an optional hook to entice fans to like the page. ***12 a preview button that enables the client to view there new page. and will the generator need a installation code so the can easily install the page to facebook. All options need to be changeable and choosable. I want the template to be as diverse as possible. I want my clients to be able to have as much choice as possible to fit there [login to view URL] the interface of the software has to be extremelu user friendly. I will need you to show me everything after so i can get used to the software and be in a postion to teach my new clients. defining factors in me choosing this job will be price, skill/ability, and the amount of time taken to do the job.... quicker the better.
