Audio site project - php and flash

Hi there. The details for this project will be private and will be disclosed in the PM or once the project has been accepted. But don't let that scare you, here is the jist: 1) It is an audio recording/playback website 2) It requires a user registration, admin backend, .mp3 uploader, flash streaming audio player, and paypal+e-gold integration. 3) If you are good at Flash and can design an additional add-on which will record audio from a microphone input and store it on the server as a .mp3 file, please tell me in PM and how much it will cost as an additional thing. 4) The audio recordings will be playable from the homepage. They will all be listed (all the recordings for that week which are made by users) and users can stream any of them on the page. Previous recordings will be archived in a separate section of the site. If you're good at php, paypal & e-gold integration, and Flash, then this will be a fun and fairly easy project for you. Thanks!
