Templates will be for basic web pages, floor plan pages, and virtual tour/video pages. Includes 2 rounds of edits. MASTER TEMPLATE COMPONENTS: > TOP BANNER AREA > MENU BAR > SIDE MENU BAR > CENTER PAGE AREA > RIGHT SIDE AREA > FOOTER WEB SITE PAGE CREATION Page Creation: Create static pages from templates, assemble textual content, data content and graphic elements establish links, test & debug. Pages and navigation to be reworked from Kiosk application for the web. Approximately 23 pages. Certain pages will contain virtual tours, videos, floor plans. Basic page and navigation pages may be: > Home Page > About Pages: About the developers and about the Hotel/condo > Floor Plans Pages - multiple pages for different floor plans. Artist renderings to be provided by Client unless otherwise specified. Based on six (6) floor plans. Priced per page, per plan. > Views Pages - Will include photos taken from crane or helicopter to simulate views from each floor. Photography, crane, and/or helicopter priced separately. > Amenities Pages (for each type of room and for the surrounding community) > Virtual Tours Page NOTE: Virtual Tour Pages and Tour installations are NOT included in this Estimate.
