Email system - MySQL/PHP

I need to create a database which will hold the following: From website front: [login to view URL] email signups [login to view URL] a friend emails From admins: 1. html newsletter upload (we design the newsletters) ---------------------Database tasks I want the newsletter to be sent to anyone who signs up for the newsletter (with a custom email title) I need to be able to send updated newsletters to ALL emails in database. The newletter MUST have an opt-out option that will remove their email from our database. The refer a friend has 2 fields (friend email, your email) The friend will recieve the newsletter with a custom email title ("friends name" has invited you to see...") I have an existing form done in flash. Thank You!!
