Falling Crosses from page Flash Annimation

Need a Flash page that starts out in Black color and randomly drops small pluses from the page until it reveals the whole page. Starts in one corner and moves from left to right and top to bottom until the whole page shows the gray box underneath. The plus signs need to stay the same size but diffrent random speeds and an occasionly pink plus sign drops. the flash specs are 880 x 620 Needs to include flash FLA file. No text is used and needs to be compressed and small as possible load time for web. Plus sign and background color is included.
