Flash Graphic Video (30 second)

Hello, I am looking for a 30 second flash graphic to be used for a television "commercial". Details: DISPLAY: 1) Black background 2) A white line is drawn accross the black background. 3) Refer to link below for line to draw accross black background: <[login to view URL]> 4) "Start" line at bottom point of 1998 5) "End" line being drawn at bottom point of 2001 6) Total length of time to draw line accross screen is 24 seconds, then fades out (1 second). Logo appears for remaining 5 seconds. 7) Durring the first 24 seconds (when line is being drawn) there will be a series of about 4-6 short quotes that appear toward the bottom part of the screen, below the line being drawn. SOUND: 1) From bottom of 1998 (beginning) - End of 1999: Crowd clapping and cheering starts small and gets big and loud 2) From End of 1999 - Top of 2000: Crowd of people turns to "laughing" 3) From Top of 2000 - End of Video: Crowd clapping and cheering starts continuously ADDITIONAL: 1) All sounds used must be royalty free, (or "inexpensive") 2) "Look and Feel": Professional video quality (for investment, stock website) 3) High quality format I can download and burn to dvd for viewing. 4) Experienced flash programmers only please. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
