484312 Flash - T-shirt Customizing - E-Commerce - CMS

Creating a website that comprises of a combination of website types that already exist in a unique way. I had already started this project with another developer about 1 month ago, this company has vanished and have been unaccessible for 7 days now. We are now looking for someone else, well-established, well-experienced, honest and professional with flawless communication. We need a team that can dedicate full-time to this project for the next few weeks, we are being set-back very much because of the previous developer's sudden absence or perhaps closure. The website involves typical e-commerce, CMS, simple yet colorful theme and web 2.0 design principals. Also involves a flash based t-shirt (and other products/apparel) customization tool that needs to be built similar to the ones at [login to view URL] or www.uberprints.com. The bulk of the work is not complete yet and will need to be completed by the winning bidder. The database schema is pretty much 100% complete.. the requirements are extremely clear and well defined. The admin panel was created as well and all the files are with me, however I'm not sure if we can use all of them as they were done based on the previous developers programming methodology and style. Only dedicated and loyal bidders please. I need a professional team that can give most if not all of their time to this. All code will be owned by us and will be included in the cost of the development. No 3rd party/license programs needed. Thanks.
