Mini Flash/PHP/MySQL.

I have a Flash registration form. I've coded a script to store values from the form into a database when a user fills out the form. But... what I need is the user to be sent a verification email where they are sent an encrypted link they have to click on to complete their registration. (If a user doesn't click on the link within an X amount of time, then their details are not stored in the database or is deleted from the database.) I'll also need you to give me the SQL script needed to create the database where the details will be stored. This is a very small and easy job. (Please tell me if you think otherwise!) I'll probably go with the lowest bidder. (Though if you have zero ratings and bid, then I won't give the project to you unless you give a good description of yourself.)
