remove flash

Problem with Flash and Slices on web site home page. Site:? [login to view URL] page:? [login to view URL] A colleague published this page to my site in January 2005.? He then got a full time job and the Flash bar never worked.? I believe the site shows up as having broken links by web browser crawlers due to this.? I do small edits on my site in DW, but don't have Flash.? I am not a web designer or graphic designer. What I need:? The Flash bar element removed and the Flash words that link to pages on my site changed to html so the page will operate on mobile devices. I have test/ deleted the Flash bar and changed the link/words to html, but it messes up the graphical elements of the page.? I get white gaps, elements disappear and it looks more like a graphic mistake than a cool new design.? I give up.? I need help. I need a new site design, but my business is down this year and it's not possible. I have the full image of the man in plaid pants. ? Please let me know any question.?
