Upkeep for Bright Media and Discover God

The following zip file includes the changes that must be made to Discover God (in three files) and Bright Media (in one file). I have already hired a group to do this, but they have not responded for days, and we need a group that is RELIABLE for a long-term relationship. We have many changes in the future to make to these sites, so this is only the first set of changes. It is VERY IMPORTANT that this group be EXCEPTIONAL in doing Flash well. DO NOT RESPOND unless you are 1) EXCEPTIONAL in doing quality Flash work, 2) Can be available by email and MSN Messenger 7 days a week, 3) You manage HTML with DreamWeaver or a similar program (not notepad), 4) Can work daily on a long-term basis as needed without delays between additional site changes.
