Build and design a website

My project consists of creating a website to sell and promote an online service. The product is digital, no stock and no catalog of products to manage. The company is based in France and for the moment the product is destined for the french market and french speaking countries, so the whole website contents will be in FRENCH (speaking French therefore it is not necessary) but the site must be multi-lingual friendly to English and Vietnamese in priority and others language later. That means it is important to envisage the construction of the website for its multilingual requirements. All the contents will be provided later or will be added by myself once the website will be ready to use. ## Deliverables The job : A. Build the website I have a precise idea of what i need and can provide some links for example. It should be a 10 to max 15 pages website. The project has to be developed with a CMS (Joomla, Wordpress, Prestashop, etc...). It must be easy for me to administrate and configure it after the job. The provider will upload the job done onto my webhosting and provide me with all the details to manage the website. B. The design The same here, i have a few examples to guide the provider The website must be sophisticated, trendy and warm. A logo is needed. All the work needs to be original in order to follow the copyright law. Building this website will give me the opportunity to automate as much as possible the selling process. So the front-end must be simple and clear for the user. I expect from the webdesigner/programmer he can work with me as a team to suggest some ideas to improve that process and make a daily report about his progression.
