webdesign company page

what I need is the graphics design for a small page for my homepage design business (I outsource all projects to other coders/designers, so if the project is well done there might be more and larger projects coming. the page should include a company logo, unique graphics for the webpage, the page itself should contain a frontpage, a contacts page with address info and so on, an faq page, and a page showing previous projects. the page should be in english and in danish (when the english design is done, I will provide all the translations for the danish version so the graphics can be made for that) so there should be options to go from danish -> english and english -> danish in an easy to see way without ruining the design of the page. there should be room for a 250x60 banner that I use to advertion for my other pages, so just insert a blank 250x60 banner and I will change it to fit my needs. The menu for the other pages should be listed at the top of the page, under or next to the logo/advertising bannerspot and the page should not use frames and be able to run on all browsers and still look the same, so no fancy funtions are needed, other then that some php code might be added to it laters. quicklist of what is needed: 1. company logo "Miniweb" is the name of the company (url will be [login to view URL]) 2. graphics for the page 3. front page 4. contacts page 5. faq/help page 6. previous projects page 7. banner spot at the top of the page 250x60 pixels the graphics wanted is simple and professional looking and fast loading, if you got any questions before asking then feel free to ask. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working homepage(s) in a ZIP file. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform All modern versions of browsers like Internet Explorer, Opera and so on.
