Posts can be made and controlled as private, private within application, and shareable external to program (ie Facebook Twitter etc). No money will be released until the website is fully functional - a website that does not fully function is of no use to me. If the project runs late by over 14 days there will be a 20% deduction in agreed payments and if it over runs by more than one month, a 50% deduction can be made.
