Easy Link Publishing Script

I need a simple tool to ad links to my network of sites from my 1 php video site admin panel. Need to be easy and fast to use. I already have linkx installed who might can be modefied ( it have backlinking function already, and signup for link exchange) So the tool will handle link exchanges, sold links. traded links etc. Must be easy to select what sites a link will be publish to, with for example checkbokses link txt url description expire date Optional), then when expire link pending 1 week, before it will unpublish notes (optional) for admin to ad on a link ithem tradecategories: sold, signed up, exchange etc reciprocal link (optional) settings as in linkex to validate backlink (pr, ip etc) Links should be displayed as a directory on a page for link exchange, so other webmasters can sign up linkexchange on my sites
