[Vbulletin] Bug fix script overload/timeout (bulk threads import script) - repost 3

Task: Bug fix/finish the Script. I have to repost this project because freelancer not finished it, because he was stucked at the server timeout/overloading problem. it was almost done... i have the script files approx. 95% done. if needed just send me a PM to get the download link to the script files to pre-check. Please describe in your PM short how you want to solve the project! Among some others, the main problem ist the overload/timeout with the task cronjob that have to be solved. Script discription: ITs a PHP Bulk import Script (mass thread creation) for Vbulletin 3.8, for a Movie trailer link site. It grabbing content from [login to view URL] and 2 other sites and post this content with the added links as a thread in the forum.
