Wordpress modifications -- 2

I have bought a template and it shows me in Home Page a 'recent places' field in Grid or List view. 1)I want to change that field and in its place show all offers on slider. 2)There must be a ‘landing page’ that must contain a good looking register/login [login to view URL] registration/newsletter should include name,surname,address,city,TK (area code),mail and phone. So whenever someone registers and selects for example ‘Heraklion’ the field area code below must contain areas with their area codes of Heraklion. in the admin area the admin might want to send a newsletter for an offer. he must be able to choose the [login to view URL] offer has an area zip [login to view URL] will select a distance in km and all areas in this radius distance must receive the newsletter Everyone who is registered to this area will receive a newsletter about this [login to view URL] i think it will definately want Google Maps Javascript API. The project must be done within 24 hours MAX.
