Online Marketing/ Member Acquisition

I have two sites and need someone to help me with SEO/marketing campaign. Serious and interested party or company please send me a proposal. Here are the few items I would like to see in the proposal: 1. Proposed Methods - list out all the methods you have used and worked in the past. For example, SEO, link exchange, blogs, chatboot, etc. 2. Action Plan - what exactly are you going to do to acquire those unique international members and how are you going to do it. 3. Time Line - a time line of what will you be doing at what time frame and when a certain number of members will be reached what. 4. Experiences - list of websites that you've helped in the past. 5. Fee - how much is your fee or any other hidden fees that I should know about. 6. Any Guaratees - from you. If all goes well, I will ask for your help with other sites too. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform all webrowsers and computer users.
