NOTE: Do not bid on this project unless you will be committed to getting the work done (if you take on too many projects then don't bid) - this will lead to regular programming so if you are not committed than I do not want you. This is for an online classified-type site. See attached for requirements - note that I did not mention every single detail, such as links back to "home" from internal pages...features like this should be obvious to you. Give me a realistic time frame with your bid. Unless unforeseen circumstances arise and we agree otherwise, the price of the project will be reduced by $40 for each day that the project goes past the deadline. I must do this to make sure that you will get the project done. As I said, I need someone committed to getting this project done. I am looking for someone who I can use regularly to make changes.
