Social Networking Website Redesign (with Minor Development Tasks)

My team and I need someone who can do an overall front-end redesign to our site that we had created using the PHP-based Yii framework. We also need some minor development tweaks and additions, so you should have knowledge of PHP, Java, SQL, and possibly AJAX or Ruby on Rails. You should have a strong work ethic and be able to dedicate the time necessary to completing this project within roughly ONE MONTH (before August 26th). We have a new design direction in the form of a registration page that we would like to work with, but you should also have a strong eye for style and design, as the project needs to be seamless and both aesthetically pleasing and up-to-date with today's stylistic web trends. In addition to skill and commitment, we are looking for someone with passion and vision and entrepreneurial spirit who likes what they do and who can bring additional creativity to the project. There will be future jobs in the form of website updates and native mobile application development for the team that can complete this for us. NOTE: Please be sure you have the time to allot to completing this. We have had much of our time wasted in the near past, and this has become a very time sensitive project now, as a result. I acknowledge that there isn't too much time between now and the necessary completion date, but there isn't a terrible amount of things we need done. Users must have the ability to message other users, request profile connections ("friend" function),and add/remove themselves from fitness groups. Students should be able to post ads about themselves visible to other users. Users need to have the ability to limit the visibility of their ads from other users. The website needs to be a seamless user experience with a clean, stylish design.
