Check to see if user is a Facebook Fan

Simple Script to do the following: 1) When a website visitor comes to the website check to see if the user is a fan of a certain facebook page. 2) If the user is not a fan then add certain code to the website. (Facebook Like Button) 3) If the user is already a fan then add different code to the website 4) Script should automatically know when a user becomes a fan of the facebook page so it can remove the facebook like button. I AM WILLING TO PAY $30 FOR THIS SIMPLE PROJECT. I prefer this to only be done Javascript/AJAX but will allow it to be done in PHP if it cant just be done in Javascript/AJAX
