CMS site coding (WordPress)

I am looking for an experience coder to build out a complete WordPress driven site for an upcoming conference. I will provide the design and the site map. The only special functionality will be a simple javascript slide show on the home page, a registration form and some very simple store functionality (purchase conference t-shirts, videos, etc. with paypal). In total there will be approximately 65 pages on the site (many of which will be quite simple, information driven page layouts). This is a good example of the style of site: http://www.scienceandnonduality.com. You can take a look at their registration flow to get a good sense of what we will need on this site. IMPORTANT: It is critical that the coded site match the design comps and that the CMS be clean and stable. Many of the pages will be populated and updated by conference staff who do not possess any coding skills. We will need to develop character/paragraph styles that they can easily choose from in the WP editor. Please forward examples of your WP sites. Ideally I would like to access the WP admin section for one of these sample sites to evaluate how the CMS has been set up.
