Drupal Guru Needed

Hi, I am a web and graphic designer and I am building a Drupal community. I need someone who can help me get modules and more setup and going. The person needs to be someone with above-average knowledge of Drupal as advanced settings will take place. You need to be proficient and feel comfortable with: 1. Views 2. Panels (there will be certain pages you need to create with different layouts) 3. PHP + JavaScript Programming (you will need to make adjustments to get things to work) 4. PSD to Drupal templates using the Omega framework (HTML5 + responsive). 5. Organic Groups 6. Creating Custom Content Types 7. Creating Custom Forms 8. Ubercart 9. Images/Photos Configurations for Users ...and more! This is a big, longer-than-usual project where you will work with me and work will have to be done by milestones so you get paid as the work gets done. NOTE: Scriptlance is now part of Freelancer.com. I had 10/10 rating on their site (waiting on the ratings transfer). I am serious about paying but I am also looking for the very best for a, hopefully, long-term relationship.
