Finish front end and two modules of website

I need a developer to finish two modules of my website and complete some of the frontend components. I need some design work tightened and demo pages created to showcase my product. Please look at my site at [login to view URL] and the comparable site at [login to view URL] to see how the components should look, I need to have the my vendor section, profile page, inspiration board, and binder. frontend, i need the section for photos added. i also need landing pages for each town that comes onboard the system. therefore, the frontpage will have to have some sort of link system to find the different towns, ie like choosing the united states, then colorado, then glenwood springs, or input zip code, not sure what but something. not sure what type of programing is needed to complete this project, feel free to discuss with me on pmb.
