Ipad App Corrections : quick

Make Minor Corrections on and existing Ipad App The app is created to display the menu items for a restaurant. I require only a very minute set of corrections and taks to complete 1) the app currently has 2 UDID'S included in the profile and works on 2 IPADS at the moment. I would like to add 10 more UDiD' s so the app works on all the ipads 2). The menu item listing shows a thumbnail of the item , this thumbnail size has to be increased and there is a white background for each thumbnail which has to be removed. 3).The menu items thumbnails on click enlarges to a bigger image - the resolution/ of the larger image is very poor - the larger image that opens up should be of better quality.( there are higher resolution images in the database which can be linked to) 4)After the corrections are verified - i need help to submit the app the the apple store and get it approved. Please give me a pricing for the first 3 tasks and the app submission to the store separately. The milestones will be created on selecting the developer in 2 sets - one will released once we have received and reviewed the corrections to the app. and the second will released on completion and once the code has been sent to us.
