Modify website for better ranking / add no index tages / avoid duplicate content

Our community site has some pages indexed, according to google guidelines some pages should not be indexed, like search results We need someone who can programme and add possibly no index tag to certain pages [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL]​dis​pla​y=g​all​ery​&of​fse​t=1 our site is php/html And maybe check site and if needed adjust to make it more seo friendly, See attachment, its in dutch, but its not hard to understand that those links above are causing index problems/page rank fall. We need someone to start right now who can do all of these changes.
