I would like to commission a "paid to click" site with a difference. #Admin needs to be able to create surveys in which advertisers can target specific members. (business to business vs. regular consumers, consumers with kids, etc) Example: Consumer's age, sex, income bracket, Single, Married, No. of kids, residential location (city and/ or suburb), interests, anything to help advertisers to target specific consumers. For example, an orchid shop may want to target a consumer who likes flowers. An insurance company may wish to target car owners. #Members cannot view ads without filling in the surveys. Important Note: there are two types of clientele. Advertisers and consumers (web surfers). Advertisers buy “clicks” (or in this case “views”) that the consumer will surf. Each time the consumer starts a viewing session, (see [login to view URL] ) the session takes the consumer directly to the advertiser's website via the middle frame. In essence this brings much wanted traffic to the advertiser's website. BELOW is a competitor's website software script to compare with. Keep in mind that the features they offer are similar to the features I would like, but in my opinion, no benefit to advertisers. Consumers are in control of what websites they view. I want to be able to make it more random, the session dictates what website a consumer sees not the consumer. User demo: [login to view URL] Feel free to register and see the consumer side. Their system is not auto click proof. This is why I want the “captcha” system mentioned in Point: 28. The captcha system is used at a site [login to view URL], you do not need to join to see how it is used. Just click one of the standard ad links. #Two types of membership : Standard Vs Verified (subscription). Ads will be viewed by regular consumers (the public, regular web surfers) This membership will apply to them. When advertisers join, they will have access to the same members section and can Regular consumers who have a business and wish to advertise can do so by buying “views” in the members only area that is accessible to regular consumers. #At the beginning of each subscription month. Verified members will be redirected at login to a form that will ask Verified members to check that the current information is true and correct. #Verified basically means members have verified that they are who they say they are via application form and ID (license etc) submission (post or fax) #Admin can control the difference in price per view between Standard and Verified members i.e 30 sec ad Standard. =0.5c / Verified =1c 15 sec ad Standard. =0.25c / Verified = 0.5c This refers to how much the consumers will earn for viewing the ads. Not the price of ads themselves. #Admin can set ad time, no. of clicks / views, price for clicks/views and view value for members. #Admin can manage two types of banners Full size and half size (with the ability to upgrade in the future). #Anti auto click measures. Some PTC (paid to click) sites are so simply designed that you can program auto clicking software to click the ads for you and the consumer does not need to view the ad, and in essence cheats the system. Because I want to implement a “click the right captcha”, the ability for admin to see how many wrongly clicked “Captchas” in one session. #Check for multiple accounts using the same IP. I have seen on some PTC sites that allow only one computer per IP to log in to their members area. Something similar, when a surfer on the same IP as an already registered member tries to register, the register page does not load the registration form, but displays a message “An account has already been registered at this IP. Only one account per IP for Standard Members. To register more than one account per household please contact Admin”. #Ability to suspend accounts. #Ad purchases and cashouts for members to be through Pay-pal to start. To clarify, advertisers will purchase products and pay through Pay-pal. Regular consumers will receive cash rewards for viewing ads, and must sign up for a Pay-pal account if they already don't have one. #Referral / downline rewards option and rewards amount settable by Admin. When a consumer joins, he either joins with or without a referrer. If with a referrer, that referrer gets say 10% of the value of what the person who joins gets. As an example, Mr. A joins the site. He tells his friends, 10 join. Each of the 10 gets 10 people to join etc. Downline Ads viewed Mr. A earns Level 0 Mr. A 10 1c per ad Level 1 10 referrals 10 each (100) 10c (10% of level 1) Level 2 100 referrals 10 each (1000) 50c (5% of level 2) Level 3 1000 referrals 10 each (10000) 200c (2% of level 3) The light blue parts is what I want to be able to set in Admin [login to view URL] (Username: admin Password: Dopy1234) is an example of this but there is only level 1 downline. #Ability to purchase / rent referrals. #Members can see the “viewed ads” activity of their downline. #Ability for members to self-suspend (limited time, multiple options and set by admin) their account for holiday purposes. #Self-suspension ends earlier on reloggin in. #Admin can see and delete inactive members. #Ability to add customized advertising purchase options (i.e not just banners and clicks) #Helpdesk/ticket system (this can be free script like HESK) #FAQ system (this can be a free script like ODFaq) #Multiple levels of admin. #Currency. Admin can change the currency of accepted payments according to the pay-pal code (USD, JPY, CAD, AUD etc) and decimals “.” used only if input by Admin #Plus standard PTC features I may have missed. #Proxy blocking. Example: Surfers using Firefox who use anonymous proxies to change their IP address cannot access the site or be redirected to a warning page. #IP restrictive membership. Meaning Admin can select which countries can join and get paid for viewing ads (limited, i.e Canada and USA only) But can opt for advertisers Globally to target members or restrict it as with members. I have designed a simple script that checks IP addresses against an array, and if the User IP is in the array, then the user has full access (consumer and Advertiser). If the User IP is not, the surfer can only become an Advertiser upon registration. The difference Ads are NOT to be clicked on. A member who wishes to view ads will click on the View Ads link in the members section, and a new tab will load where ads are automatically rotated and banners will be displayed during the session. Admin will select how many ads are to be viewed per session (fixed, i.e 20) and after the timer runs out, a captcha appears which the member must click to be credited. (see attached pic) After members click on the correct captcha, two buttons will appear, 1) Next (the next ad will load upon clicking) 2) End (the tab / window will close) Advertisers will login, select one of the “view” plans. i.e 10,000 views. He then enters the exact URL he wishes consumers to view. As long as the URL is not auto reloading (to break the session) Admin will approve the URL according to the Terms and Conditions I will later define. If My website has 100 viewable ads with “valid views” left, when the consumer starts a session, the script will select one of the viewable ads at random for the consumer to view. Only when the consumer selects the right “captcha” will he receive credit for the “view” If he selects the wrong captcha or closes the window before selecting the right captcha, the consumer does not get credit for viewing and the advertiser does not lose any view credits. One important thing is that any viewable URL can only be viewed once every 24 hours by the same consumer. I want the ability for surfers who are not logged in to be able to start a viewing session (link on the home page) but advertisers will not be charged viewing credits and surfers (non-members) cannot be rewarded for viewing them. #Banners will be displayed in the top and bottom frames (see pic) “Clicks” or “views” do not apply to banners. These will be viewable in terms of days (depending on plan set in Admin) and will rotate each time a new advertiser's website loads (similar to [login to view URL] style), but advertisers can see how many time the banner was displayed during the month. “Clicks” or “views” only apply to website traffic. When the timer runs out, and the consumer clicks the correct / incorrect captcha, then on “next” a new ad (advertiser's website), new banners and a new captcha will load. #Session information will be displayed in the top frame Once the session is either ended or completed, members can start a new session. Say if there are 100 viewable ads (if the advertisers bought enough views) and only 20 ads are viewable per session, the member would have go through 5 sessions to view all the adds. Additionally, the plan is to use this project together with a directory listing which I already own, so help to sort of integrate the two, if feasible, would be expected.
