''select'' boxes need moficiation to match other form elements(repost)

the select boxes on my site do not match the look and feel of other form elements.? i need these to be tweaked so that they match the rest of the page.? i accepted another coders bid and they were unable to complete the requirements 100% through various research, i have (as well as the other coder) been unable to obtain a solution that works in both IE and FF (IE 6 being the problem) perhaps it is doable with javascript or css.? the direction chosen was obtained from 3rd party code which uses divs.? the problem with this solution is that the last select boxes did not line up with the other fields (making this confusing to the user).? you can refer to the attached screenshot for a visual. if the coder would like to continue with this route, i will provide the code which has already been written. **optional* **---------- if a coder wishes to implement a more "user friendly" solution which is different from the route we have taken, i'm open to this solution.? please read on for further explanation of the functionality to have a clear understanding. page functionality: i have a database in which i allow users to upload their own records.? a user may upload xls, or csv files containing their own data.? this file is uploaded to the server.? the fields are parsed out and the user proceeds to map certain fields of their file to certain columns in the existing tables. (the screenshot attached shows the user fields from the file in the first select box, the users chosen fields to map in the 2nd select box, and the fields they will be mapped to in the drop down boxes labled "Please Select" if there's a better solution to do the following please explain in your message / bid submission thanks for looking ## Deliverables the attached image is the latest code which has been delivered.? if the user opts to continue with this direction, i will provide the current code displayed.
