Joomla directory/community groups and single sign on

I am building a specialised site requiring groups of users with multiple roles accessing specific directory resources (links). I am envisaging using Community Building with Group Jive for the groups component and either a simple weblinks extension or SobiPro for the resources side. I have attached a more detailed project description. What I need: Read the description and ask questions - I need to know that you understand the aims of this project Creating and pre-populating the groups from the attached data spreadsheet Setting up the directory/resources links with ALL the required access control functionality to make the site work Potential customisation of extensions (if required) or more likely creation of new extension if this is the best way forward. Timeframe...speed and quality is important. This project needs o be done in weeks, not months. Do not bid if you do not have good coding and Joomla customisation experience. Send a bid just full of Joomla sites you have thrown together and I'll mark you as spam...please give this consideration and ask the questions you need answers to, make suggestions and put in a realistic bid. I am a fully supportive employer and work closely with any developer I choose. It's an interesting project for the right person.
