Virtuemart 2.x.x Paypal and Moneybookers plugins upgrade

We need: Upgrading existing standard Paypal API and Skrill-Moneybookers Virtuemart 1.1.9 payment modules to plugin for Virtuemart 2.x.x version on Joomla 2.5.x We require 30 days warranty for bug fixes. Both new plugins must have short instructions. features: Process Item, Price, tax, discount, fee, IPN status update (Changes order status automatically when customer pays the invoice), sandbox mode, multi currency support, and all other VM options (the vendor and buyer will ONLY receive an email when the transaction is complete...). Add Paypal and Moneybookers logo image on checkout page with select button. Moneybookers support multiple payment options (credit card and ewallet for exemple, also with own logos) We will provide source for old Paypal and Moneybookers modules.
