Article Directory

I need script which will help me to archive/categorize my articles for various projects (website content, blog entries, articles submitted to for ex. enzine). Articles should be stored in database (no pointer to folder! - preferable - but I am open for other suggestions). It should be searchable , possibility to sort by categories, websites, blogs, article directories where they were submitted, accepted/or not. I should also be able to mark this article as original or rewrited/clone of the article existing already on web (I will be checking it from Copyscape - but for now the automatic checking will not be the part of the project). This is important as I use freelancers for articles/posts/content writing. The script should be written in PHP/MySql and should not use any additional underlying libraries. Let me know if you need any more information and give a quote for this project. As a initial step I would require the layout of GUI and examples of how the results will display. I plan to get this project to higher level later (ex. automatic check with Copyscape or getting status of submitted articles and updating DB) but for now need quick way to accomplish above basic tasks.
