credit card payment integration into asterisk voip billing system

I need to integrate SSL CC and paypal payments into the webportal. This is voip phone call portal in which I need to have a user being able to create an account and pay via a webpage and the billing system is automatically updated with the customers credit. I will let you into the portal via port 22 if you need to look at the site to determine costs. Please only respond if you have done a similar job before as this is critical it is working well to prevent loss of customers. I have put this request on "hold" as there have been a number of new features needed. As soon as all new features are outlined, I am encouraging bidders again. We are looking for especially someone with good php and mysql experience to bid and if possible asterisk know how. Please allow for another month. thanks. Doug ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
