Basically I have a big bunch of *.c files, which I need auto formated, then veryfied if they resemble within a certain treshold. I would need 3 Scripts: Script 1 Gets a *.c file and formats it into standard code formatting (so functions go into different lines, "{" are in the same position tabulated, etc). It will analyze the functions used (for instance what type it is "if", "for"), and will generate a report on the standard output, stating which one is on whic line of the code. Script 2 also gets a *.c file and it gives every and each variable a standard name.(fi. V1,V2,V3), delets the comments ("//"), and emties the "print" commands. The input for this script is the *.c file and a directory. It will seek the directory for other c files and will make a comparison if one of the c files in the directory resembles the inputted one it will write its filename. Maybe Script 3 could be both.
