Deal Site Aggregator - Must be mobile friendly and be touch device optimized

PLEASE READ ENTIRE AD BEFORE BIDDING I am wanting a deal aggregator to be developed. The aggregator would be somewhat like the website at [login to view URL] which would populate the website full of deals from the daily deal sites like groupon. The interface would be fully mobile friendly and would have 2 different designs, I do not want the website to be mobile rendering, but have a separate url at [login to view URL] for the mobile version and a tablet/desktop view at example.com. Below are the prerequisits 1 - Have the same look as [login to view URL] with the menu button up top, jquery mobile look and feel is a must. Tablet view will have the menu always accessible and must have the icons and have independent scrolling. The mobile view will have a stationary header with a search deal feature and the footer would feature a persistent navbar with icons and include Local Deals, Online Deals, Getaway Deals, Category, and City Selection 2 - Would need an admin side where I can add deal sites rss/xml link which will pull up the deals and a section to put my affiliate/referral codes into. Must allow unlimited amount of deal sites 3 - Deals must be loaded into webpage in a mobile friendly approach which will include the same things as the onespout site like the image, title, price, deal site, and time remaining, they then click on the deal and receive the full listing and can click go to deal site to purchase. 4 - Must go to [login to view URL] for viewers viewing on a mobile device and go to [login to view URL] for tablet size or larger and be automatic 5 - Must have email opt-in feature which will automatically send out daily deals every day to the email address and be in an html email which will include the top
