clone ratemyprofessor.com - repost

Description: I'm going to have a site created like ratemyprofessor.com. The site will be PHP front end and MySQL back end. I will need to be provided with not only the script for the site, but also with the MySQL queries to create the needed tables in the database. The site will need to have an option to be able to be in various languages in the future. Thus it can have a flag in [login to view URL] file (for example) where you have an option to switch the language based on the language .php files located inside a root folder called "languages" or something like that. The site will also need to be optimized for search engines such as Google. Also, the site needs to have an Admin side where an admin can log in and manage various categories such as universities, professors, users, etc...
