Fix SQLSTATE error

Good Day Everyone, I am in urgent need for someone with the experienced knowledge to handle a technical issue with my website. Below is the conversation from technical support from my website server host. "Link to database cannot be established: SQLSTATE[42000] [1203] User ccintnl_user1 already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections. However, it will reset every hour and you eventually you get access to the website again. Too Many Connections can be caused by either a lot of simultaneous connections or by old connections not being released soon enough. There are some simple changes you can make to your PHP code and your MySQL settings to prevent both. You can refer the URL: [login to view URL] . You can also prevent such issues in future, by modifying the scripts in such a way that it does not use 10 concurrent MySQL connections at a time. Can someone please fix this issue so that my website does not go offline to my customers no matter how many people and/or scripts are online? Thank You
