Hi, My name is Patricio and I'm from Argentina. I've been contacted before about a similar problem with serveral Joomla based sites. The most frequent issue is the Joomla instance nad/or it's modules are not secured or hardened properly. Most of the times, this kind of platforms are installed "by default" which leads to potential security issues. In my experience there's a group of "hackers" from south Asia that searches -with a bot- for this kind of sites and exploits their known vulnerabilities. If it is OK, and you are able to, please provide me the URL of the site infected, so I can look if this is the problem. In order to diagnostic and solve this and other potential vulnerabilities, the following step is to run a special tool on the server to determine what are those vulnerabilities on Joomla itself or it's modules.
