Need php / mysql expert to modify a plug-in that is used in a CMS (php, mysql). This plug-in is allowing members to contribute to the website by submitting their own news and articles (stories). Members have to be logged into the system and then submit stories via form by following a link from the front-end where they can submit their stories. They can select a desired category from the drop-down menu where they want the story to show up. The feature "E-mail notification" allows managers of the website to receive notification via e-mail when someone posts a story, by putting their email adresses in a php file (inside of the plug-in). WHAT WE NEED: 1. "E-mail notification" must be able to be divided in categories, for example ( _ mean arobase): Category A: Emails: [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], etc. (only those email addresses can receive the stories that were submitted in the category A). Category B: Emails: [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], etc. (only those email addresses can receive the stories that were submitted in the category B). Category C: Emails: [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], etc. (only those email addresses can receive the stories that were submitted in the category C). Etc. 2. We would like to limit the number of stories each manager can receive, for example: Manager A, [login to view URL], maximum 10 stories per day or per week or per month. Manager B, [login to view URL], maximum 20 stories per day or per week or per month. Manager C, [login to view URL], maximum 30 stories per day or per week or per month, etc. Etc. 3.
