4691 php updates needed

hello we are in need of 5 updates to a site we've been building. The requirements are below and in order of what we need done first. We are not in a total rush but would like it done pretty quickly...this job could lead to many more we are in need of. Please only bid if you can get done in a timely professional manner. Thanks. 1 - [login to view URL] i've done all the file and database set up i just need someone to make it work. Really simple a user logs in and can punch in/out of their time clock. Also need 2 little reports one shows the punches and total from that day...the last one shows punches and totals for the last 15 days. 2 - Love the calendar we have so much but the only problem i'm running into and i can't figure where to change it in [login to view URL] is the date shows up: 8/5/2006 but i need it to enter into the database as 2006-08-05 so YYYY-MM-DD 3 - on [login to view URL] here we need some items hidden if it comes from a certain table in the database. If a product is in the mix table and has a sku like MIX89101 or MIX30021 we need a few things on the page hidden. 4 - on [login to view URL] i want to add 2 fields that upload a small and large image to an image folder. If and image is uploaded just have a thumbnail next to it and if not have it say'no image uploaded yet' 5 - on [login to view URL] add a delete button and also have it so they cannot create a work order if the qty is 0. Also if a sku has been created andis not completed have it ask the user if they are sure they want to create that work order...this is to prevent multiple work orders.
