240195 PHP Work Video Feature

NEED QUICKLY - BUT DONE GOOD - SERIOUS BIDDERS ONLY I attached the original project outline. Basically the part I need finished is the video upload portion, where the user can go in to a page and select a video file to upload on their computer. When they select the video file and press submit, the server should encode that new video file into a flash format that can be displayed on the website. A thumbnail of the current video needs to be saved also on the server in a folder called /thumbnails and the thumbnail needs to be taken from the middle of the video. The original video upload should be stored in a folder called /rawuploads and the flash encoded video should be stored in a folder called /videos with a unique filename (based on a number, for ex [login to view URL]). It gets this number from when the video is stored in the database. Only a title and description fields need to be saved in the database when uploading a video. Then, have a page that displays the video based on an ID given to it in the querystring. For example [login to view URL] That should display the web video player that plays the uploaded movie automatically. Please only do the video porition of the outline, ignore the rest. We choose hosting that already has the ffmpeg PHP extension that does the video conversion on the server, please use it. The hosting info is below:
