Hi there, we are UK based too. I have gone through your attached requirements doc. A lot of people here will presume its a quick and easy job but actually its a very sophisticated menu. We have the right team to get this project done and ensure all your requirements are met. It will take 10 days to develop the initial menu, another 10 days to ensure it is fully dynamic with the cms and another 10 days for testing.
