A simple web-based business administration system - open to bidding

Build, based on php an mysql on an ubuntu server, a database system with simple user interface, to register data and make reports and quieries based on these data. The database model will among others contain the following tables: - Customers - Activities - Orders/Projects - Time consumation - Material consumation Some more spesific data types related to the orders may also be needed eventually. For time registration to each project, it would also be needed to enter this via a smartphone or tablet. If it's not too big job, it would be nice with an app instead of using the browser. This description is not very detailed, but I hope it will give you a picture of what it's all about. I guess we would need to look into some details before you could give any budget price, but what do you think from this, before you see a more detailed ER-model? I also need help to maintain a couple of ubuntu servers. But I would like to know some more about you before we go that far :-).
