Cookie Affiliate Script

With the CJ, Linkshare, etc programs, you can create links to various products or services etc, for specific merchants, but it is very time consuming. Do you know a simple way, be it a script or HTML tweak, that would allow cookies to be set automatically on the clients computer to specific domains. So a user visits site about topicX, and a cookie is set automatically also for, from topicB, topicC, and topicD, and from different domains if any case. Also nice would be, a simple javascript on my site to block frame-breaker scripts that affiliate merchants use, and a script to possibly (this is not so important) block pop-ups they may use.
