Creation of Website for Small Travel Company

A cousin who lives on the beautiful Island of Sri Lanka runs a travel/tours company there. His business thus far has been largely word of mouth, with many US tourists finding out about his excellent and reasonably-priced services from expatriates living here. He seeks to grow his business and, as such, I have volunteered to have a website designed for him. This is where you come in. The internet provides the opportunity for small businesses like him to compete with the "big boys", and I want to provide him with a very polished, sharp and user friendly-yet-visually appealing website. I have his graphic logo available but not much else (I haven't even purchased a domain yet), but would need you to provide creative expertise in your design of the website. I have some ideas (like a map of Sri Lanka with mouse-over information and travel/tour possibilities, for example) but will need to rely on your expertise in designing a site that is easily navigable yet informative. As of now, there will be no online purchasing/ordering, but I would most definitely want an embedded customer inquiry page and things of that sort. I am excited to discuss this project with you.
