Custom Wordpress based on CSS-made page

I'm looking for a very quick and experienced Wordpress creator.? Bid only if you can complete this by Wednesday Sept 23 at 7am Pacific Time.? Although I am experienced with CSS website layout, WordPress is a headache - not very user-friendly in terms of building the site. The design is complete: [login to view URL] The menu in the top right needs to be drop-down.? Of course, the page (including the dashed column lines) must be flexible in height to grow and shrink with page content. The photo collage with vines in the centre is built in Flash and is ready to insert (it is 882 pixels wide by 157 px). ## Deliverables Attached are the logo, company name/slogan and globe image. These and a few others will also be in the media library. A layered Photoshop file (CS2 for a PC) can be supplied along with the Bembo font set used for the logo if needed. Give me updates as you work. Give instructions on anything that might be difficult for me or the client to update (note: I am already familiar with adding images to the columns)
