299926 CUSTOMIZED DVD SITE, LONG TERM

Hello, I am the owner of a medium sized adult dvd store www.afterhoursdvd.com. Im not a programmer nor a designer but I managed to get a pretty nice looking store up and running and doing a good amount of sales in a short period of time. I want to largely expand the stores inventory to include non adult items with added site functionality as well but without me having to take up precious work time learning additional .php etc. I am looking for a good php programmer/business partner to help me expand the site. I am willing to pay Your initial bid to get the site up and runnnig again with some small modifications that I need immediately such as changing the way the categories are displayed and the changing the product details layout. This job also offers 7% of the stores net profits immediately upon the stores re-opening on a bi-weekly basis with a detailed report of the stores earnings sent with your check every 2 weeks. I have obtained new accounts with the distributors that I need to offer the new products that I want to add to the site and am currently creating the new product lists and pricing in excel. The site is built on a .php powered shopping cart called x-cart (you may be familiar with it). The site is going to re-open with about 3,000 products with about 200 or so added daily. What I need from you is steady site maintainence, which includes fixing technical issues as well as continuously developing new features based on yours and my ideas, done in a timely manner for the site that will make the site a better placed to shop for the customer. I am looking for a few hours a day commitment which would leave time for a freelance programmer to continue doing thier own work on the side. The design is done, and implemented of course so there is no design neccessary. The new product lists should be done in less than 2 weeks so My deadline to open the New site is Nov. 30 so please get back to me ASAP if youre interested. We completely run the site, accept CC payments, ship the orders etc and are just looking for a programmer to help us take our site to the next level with some customer friendly features and improved functionality.
