Install / Clone an oscommerce website

Okay this project was previously assigned to a freelancer on this [login to view URL] with the userid “zynch”. After we paid him the money for the project, we never heard a word from him for about 2 weeks, and after that he just kept making excuses, he promised us that the site would be finished within 14 days, and we waited over 2 months and nothing happened. He done a little bit of the site, which you can view at [login to view URL] The backend must be oscommerce, oscmax or oscdox. The logins for the admin will be given to the freelancer we choose for this project. I don’t know what you can use from there already, but all the logos & graphics etc should be able to be used and all the graphics & logos for the site I already have, so they wont be much any much designing needed to be done by the proggarmer, I am also pretty sure he has already installed a lot of the contributes from the list of contributes we want, but not 100% sure as I don’t understand any coding. I have attached a list of what contributions need to be installed, and the design requirements. A lot of the contributes in the list can be skipped as they are duplicates or do the exact same thing as others in the list, also a lot of the contributes come standard with oscommerce/oscmax/oscdox such as reports, tracking, paypal module etc, so the list isn’t really as big as it seems. I have also attached a picture of how I want the product page to look like. Because we have lost 2 months time waiting for this “zynch” person, we need this site complete within 14days and when I mean complete I mean the whole thing, all the contributes in the list need to be installed, the design implemented, everything. Ofcourse we can allow a couple of days extra for minor tweaks and adjustments. Because we have a limited time-frame please do not bid on the project if you cannot finish it within 14 days. If you place a bid and are accepted for this project, and do not complete the entire project within 20days, we will not be paying for your service. I know this may sound harsh, but it is the only way we can protect ourselves from time-wasters. The top categories are women, mens, kids, gifts *The side panel on the left, must be static, (meaning it must be automatically updated when new categories are added, plain text is fine please use verdana font) The budget for this project is $200, please only place a bid if you are confident that you can finish it within 14 days from our first contact, if more than 20 days have passed there will be no payment. Payment will be made only through [login to view URL] escrow service, as we have been frauded in the past this is the only payment option we are going to use, and the programmer must agree to this.
